IVY Classic 11050-100 3/8" Break-Away Knife, 100 Pack

Ivy classic’s break-away knives feature a sturdy plastic body for strength and comfort with a convenient pocket clip. The blade slides out and locks with a locking mechanism for safety and ease of use. The segmented blade sections snap off to provide a new sharp cutting edge, lengthening the blades useful life. The back cover can be removed and used as a blade snapper. Versatile in application, These knives cut drywall, roofing materials, Linoleum, carpet, vinyl and cardboard. These knives come available in a 3/8” and 3/4” blade width in a variety of different pack sizes. The 3/8” knife is compatible with all 13-point 3/8” (9mm) break away blades (IVY Classic 11052) and the ¾” knife is compatible with all standard 8-point ¾” (18mm) break away blades (IVY Classic 11054). These knives contain one high-carbon blade (The 3/8” blade is 0.016" Thick, 3/8" (9mm) wide; 13 points per blade, while the ¾” blade is 0.02" Thick, 3/4" (18mm) wide; 8 points per blade).
