All Natural. This Balsamic is amazingly complex with layers of authentic Espresso & Dark Roasted Coffee. It makes a fantastic BBQ Sauce for Pork or Chicken. Also delicious when used as a Glaze on an Espresso Rubbed Beef Tenderloin. Can be used in Chocolate Desserts. All of VSOP's Balsamic Vinegars are progressively aged through a battery of seven fired wood barrels (cherry, oak, ash, chestnut, mulberry, juniper, acacia) of successively smaller sizes, according to the age old Solera Method. They are of the highest quality and are made in Modena, Italy from cooked, ultra premium caramelized grape must from Trebbiano & Lambrusco grapes, which is cooked in a copper kettle over an open wood fire according to tradition.
